Mighty.Sun.Tzu.....Thank you for your nice reply. It means a lot to me, and helps to keep me going.
As for drinking just when thirsty, that is something I'm going to try soon on this WF (taking your suggestion). I do like the 8am, noon, 4pm, and 8pm schedule, but sometimes I drink when I'm not thirsty.....WY
