Hey to all of you!I read all your posts extremelly carefully and what I gather is that apart from the fact that each person is different, you all agree that store bought juices are not the best way to go...I have never in my life actually bought these type of juices, always found them too sweet. I guess I can drink freshly squeezed orange juice for a while. And actually V8 sounds good, but again it's so full of preservatives it frightens me a little...I might think seriously about buying a juicer, I am thinkng that I am embarking on a journey of a long, cleansing water fast, it would be such a shame to mess up the refeeding process...Thank you all for your advice.It was very useful!
