You've gotten a lot of good information.
I waited 4 years to flush, I was too scared! I wish so much I had done it sooner. I will be doing my third flush in the next few days, I can fell my liver and GB are full and it is time again.
I still have anxiety about it, but I know how much better I feel afterwards.

Hang in there! You will do great and it is so worth it!!
