How did your fast go? are you finished yet?
Intermittent fasting sur is a way to fight those punds back to retreat. I have a friend who lost a lot of weight by sticking to a healthy Diet and then once a week doing some sort of juice fast/crash strategy and she´s thin now and kept it off for the first time in her life. She was always overweight and trying all methods out there and this system is the first that worked for her. So I´m sure you´ll do great.
However, for me, sticking to Fuhrman is enough. Its a very fast way of losing weight! i too had tried many diets before but never stuck to any! This one is different though. I have discovered all sorts of guilty healthy pleasures and am starting to make my own recipes and I´m truly delighted. I eat so much, so yummy, and I´m losing so fast! but the best is the explosion of health I feel everytime I enjoy a huge bowl of salad full of fruits, grains, greens, and guilt free dressing. It looks so colorful and delicious and is a party in your mouth! Exotic fruits like pomegranate seeds or mango are the best! anyways I´m going off topic - my point is that the TRANSFORMATION this fast has made to my body and the way I look at food is nothing short of a miracle. I was the laziest cook, loved salt and sugar, cheese etc! and now they don´t tempt me. I can´t explain how this has happened. My body craves healthy foods. The fast was an awakening. Im sure my second fast next year will be even more trascendent.
