Same situation with aluminum, which is unavoidable.

Yes, aluminum is found in most if not all plants for this reason.  But silica in plants also binds the aluminum.

This is why I don't rally accept the aluminum causes Alzheimer's hypothesis.  Humans have been exposed to aluminum in their diet since they have been on Earth.
