I'm glad you both helped yourself in this way. I can also tell you some horror stories I've read from people who lost the ability to function because they started chelating before removal.

I believe most of the stories I read were about DMSA. It's possible that cilantro isn't strong enough to pull mercury out of fillings, but I'm not sure, so I would always suggest erring on the side of caution. Getting rid of those poisonous silver things is a good goal anyway.

Just some more food for thought. Soon we'll have enough for a banquet.
