So I went to the dentist for my regular check up and it wasn't as bad as I was expecting it to be. She said I had a bit inflammation and I just need to improve my oral health a bit more, which is all the more reason to oil pull. She did however say my teeth were crowded and that she could refer me to an orthodontist, but that could cost me £2000+, so I may just leave it.

I did want to ask though, does oil pulling help headaches? As I suffer from headaches / migraines on a regular basis.
