ah, i think I just figured out that you are measuring the time from after a breakfast? You ate a LAST MEAL before 8?

Otherwise, I was thinking, huh? by 8 am you'd have already fasted through the night... which seems easier to me: to wake 'into' the fast. Interested to hear later how you find that goes....
