I spend a lot of time reading health articles and general information browsing the internet. Problem is, it seems i can only remember maybe 25% of what i read. I have a really hard time explaining to anyone what i have just read 15 minutes ago. Inside my head it feels as though i understood and know what i just read, but i dont think i do. I have a hard time remembering names, even though i will repeat their name once introduced. This has become frustrating to say the least.
