Go look up Dr. Sutter's version of the liver flush. No need to be terrified because you are hypoglycemic. I have a tendency toward hypo, too, and could never fast like the majority of liver flushes ask you to.

Dr. Sutter says to have a good, filling meal at suppertime. He even says that it might not be a bad idea to have some popcorn after the flush.

For anybody to tell a hypoglycemic to fast for many, many hours is criminal.
