Thank you for posting this. I'm really impressed that someone can get this quantity of stones out on the 20th flush! I'm having stone envy!

I'm curious about a couple of things: first, what is the purpose of the turmeric to the potion? And why did you wait until 7:30am to take the Epsom Salts ? And lastly, what did you eat on the day of the flush?
