Fledgling, I know very well the connection with gardening, even pottering, and the health of the body, mind and spirit.

I have been very worried about my Dad and Step Mum, they went through a massive cyclone last night, and I've only just found out that they are ok.

I spent a lot of time in the garden today, with my 5 year old Grandson, and it gave me so much comfort, and good energy, and my well being absolutely needs this time with the plants, sunshine, living soil, and good company.

I couldn't survive without my garden.
