I like mine with raw honey but I make it a point to take both at least 3x a day, with or w/o each other. I took an extra 1/4 tsp of 160k cayenne in water last night before bed, so increasing the number of doses seems like another way to increase the daily intake of cayenne.

Can cayenne and honey/BSM be taken with IF2?

I think it's easier on my mouth and throat if I gulp cayenne down fast like a shot of liquor [which I haven't had in many years]. You just have to make sure you're not taking in more than you can handle.
