OMG I'm sorry. I guess that does sound pretty bad. My feelings are that if someone knows they might have that experience and that it is not serious, they are better prepared for it. I don't get so sick that I have to lie down very often. I DO always work my way up to the teaspoon if I have tapered off for a while. Actually, I can get that sickness on my first taste. Then if I wait a while the remainder may not affect me as bad.

From what I've read, I believe it is worth it and I do believe it is what I need to be doing.

Yes, Uny I want to get with you on what I've been doing and what needs to be done. I was making tinctures tonight and just got back to the computer.

Sorry if I scared anyone. To me, taking the cayenne is a lot easier than some of the other things.
