 Sutherlandia OPC is made of 80% oleander extract and 20% of the South Africa Cancer bush (Sutherlandia frutescens).  It is actually the oleander which is the most effective component against cancer. 

I have to disagree.  I have seen the studies for cancers using Sutherlandia frutescens and the studies are pretty impressive.  I have not found any studies yet backing oleander as a cancer therapy.  If i had to choose between the two I would definitely go with Sutherlandia frutescens myself.
