Thanks Tony. I have toyed around with enema for years. I may just do a very diluted one to see if it has any bad effects on me. It very well may not be an issue at all. But even if there is a chance, I want to tread lightly. Aspirin completely set back my health maybe 6 or 7 years ago. I know Chris heavily promotes them, but the water fast I did had disastrous results three years ago. Even scary. The bloodwork I had done the hour before I stopped it looked like a christmas tree from all of the flashing warning lights. I might have had 20 things checked, and 15 came back abnormal. My body does not produce as much glutathione as the average persons, that being just one of my liver issues, and when I water fasted my liver could not deal with the massive amount of toxins released. It even stopped clearing hormones properly so my endocrine feedback loop got thrown out of whack. I was in pretty serious shape. Anyway, the juice fast I did three or four years ago was a different story. Never felt better. Or at least I hadn't felt that good in 15-20 years. Less toxins released, and I provided the building blocks for antioxidants etc.
