and yes, good points about this "micro managing", rather than giving the process a fair trial.

Having done the heavy treadmilling, and the green tea pills and so on, this particular water fast of yours Alb, has been anything but
an actual water fast. In the beginning, a few people were watching, and when you were saying you had no trouble with exercising...some of us were saying, or thinking you will likely experience a crash. We see it all the time, when someone goes gung ho into trying to 'add more' to the old idea of rest and water fasting.

granted, some people must do more than that, but the wise water faster will not push themselves, because it's about 'slow and steady'. It really is. Like the old tortoise and the hare fable.

But when someone is on about weight loss primarily, it often happens that the whole essence of water fasting goes out the window.

The thing with the weakness and depleted feelings--this is hardly surprising, given the way this fast has been undertaken: with no belief in the very ground of it, should one be surprised to (fear to) lose balance?

At this point, I would try to rest, if I were you, to really show some humility: to the PROCESS, not to any of us, and maybe you can save this fast, so to speak, and not have to abandon it never knowing how a real fast actually works--which would be a great loss for you.

If that seems too much, then I'd break it on juice, and go carefully back into food with juice for a time, and call this a learning experience.

edit--Oh,I see you broke. And are still fixated on this sodium ptassium blance issue... well, good luck!

But please don't call it a true water only fast, unless you reveal all the ways it went off track

edit--but here's where poeple get into trouble. And why this forum is against your do-it-yoursef ways. If someone does drive themselves ( with exercise and other additions)to a state of feeling faint or gets into trouble, they then will be sharing the results: sharing bad information, cautioning others incorrectly, when the root issue is really an improperly conducted fast.

this is serious stuff. Is no issue is a person experiemnts on their own, quietly, but once they are sharing with others, and advising them, they have a big responsibility to themselves and others.
