I'm using 160k Birdseye Cayenne now, and can take a heaping 1/4 tsp 3x a day in water with raw honey and the juice of 1/2 an organic lemon but it burns the heck out of my mouth and throat, but not anything below that, like my stomach or bowel on the way out. I also add cayenne to food and juice during the day.

It seems hard to believe I could take more than 1/4 tsp 3x a day, not unless I want to feel like I sprayed liquid fire down my throat. Does the burning mouth and throat ever get better? I'd rather have that than being doubled over with a terrible stomach ache from it. :)
