I agree with anonalon... eating foods cooked in coconut oil steadily througout the day, or consuming coconut oil alone throughout the day will warm you up. I do it myself as part of my daily routine. When I slack off, and don't use this oil in my food, I feel colder and more tired. Slowly work up to 3 tablespoons a day, max.
