Hmm little confused. I had a bm finally and noticed there was some mucus, not sure what's going on. I still feel tremendously bloated however but not distended not, just really bloated now. I posted somewhere else about my Epsom Salt abuse as laxatives, I went months without taking anyand then fasted about 3 or 4 weeks ago I used another tblsp to move things out. I've had to take it 2 more times since then using a tblsp at a time. I wonder if the mucus could be from the epsoms.I haven't used the enzymes in 2 days to see.
Any thoughts ?
