Ye, it is Iodine. I had that problem too time ago. I started with Iodoral some months ago(only 2 pills since I was afraid of the reaction). My period was OK the following month with jut that amount.

Something nice I noticed: my waist got smaller. I have been losing weight and doing other things for my health. But I am not talking about the loss of weight that makes your waist slimmer. I am referring to proportions..if you know what I mean. NICE. Breasts also change or improve, VERY NICE TOO;)But this changed took longer, a few months more.

To answer your question, YES, Iodine is wonderful for our female problems.
