True, I probably do 10 day program with about 1 to 2 drops mms dissolved into water inside coated capsules twice a day.

I had food poisoning about 18 years ago and after that when i eat something that is rich in carbohydrates i get pressure to top part of abdomen and lot of gas.

Only way to avoid it is eat low carbohydrate diet and that's no way to live :)
