You'll have to educate me on the word "vata" so I can answer you. I have done flushes with little or no fat, but my best ones are the ones where I have "cheated" and eaten fatty foods. And at times I ate them just an hour or so before the flush was to begin. Once it was between the epson salts. I was thinking at the time that I was ruining my flush, but ended up with lots of stones pushed out.
