One of the "givens" is that you do not eat fats prior to a flush so a build-up of bile is created.

Helping create pressure to push stones out.

What if some people have a rapid turn-off of bile production? Zero fat in, bile production turns off.

What if some people need a small amount of fat throughout the day to insure bile production continues?

Not enough to trip a mother load, just enough to insure bile production continues.

Hummmm, something to consider.
