For my 10th flush, last weekend, I ate very light, with lots of pineapple. I did not get any stones at all. And I know that I am not clean because for the next 2 days had severe gallbladder attacks. For my 9th flush I ate some very fatty items (cheetos for one thing) and had one of my best flushes. I am going to flush again this week, and am going to add some fatty items on the day of, and see how that goes.
