It's actually a bit more serious than it might look to some people. To post/insist (here, or on another fasting forum) that tea, soda and anything O calorie is "fine" on a fast where water is the main "nutrition" apart from this other stuff is not only seriously misleading, imv it ought to be a good reason for banning from THIS forum. You can't have one foot in two boats, and it becomes actually irresponsible, and immoral. Yes, debate IS the right forum for anyone who has the idea that they're out to reinvent this particular Water Fasting ONLY wheel, and who keeps making small comments about the "purists". Seriously, folks. WY, Alb, and others who want to champion that kind of "free speech", and "free-thinking" go ahead.

please. Make our day.

take it all to Fasting Debate , (or amke a new forum!) and if anyone comes here who misses the freer ways, we'll happily redirect them.
