Someone on a hormone forum, I used to stop into once in a while told me I might have trouble going off HC and Testosterone. Should I be worried about it? I'm hoping to go from 10 mg HC to 5 mg as of right now.

I received the Ashwagandha, Milk Thistle, Irish Moss, and Slippery Elm  today and am taking it. this is his reply to me :

Way are you doing this your going to crash fall very low you can even fall lower then you started.  This is a bad Idea unless your trying a restart with a good Dr. that knows how to do this.
