perhaps it might be worthwhile to mention that all this speculation and engaging others in ideas about this method and that method is just a lot of talk, finally, when what the forum is really built on is practise. There's a living tradition of people who read, study, jump in, quietly water fast, complete it, refeed, and then share what they've learned. All this talk from people who have not yet completed their first Water Fast (sorry, I'm not actually sure what you've done, WY,) is just talk, and has a way of making the forum look like it's all about throwing around ideas, and not an actual tradition.

at the same time, I've very wordy, as some have seen, and I too like to imagine great new frontiers of water fasting
( and most of us have been very excited when we first came across WFasting)but I have gone and done the Water Fasts also.
