I've been oil pulling for 4 weeks now and my results are:
sleep patten improved 100%
Non whiting of teeth
worsening of teeth infection
I use either coconut oil or sunflower oil and oilpull first thing in the morning and last thing at night for 20 mins.My question is when will i see better results for my teeth.
