Dear ALB,

I am sure there is a mistake some where. This post, can not possibly be "Edited By Forum Moderator", as you stay. I am certain about it because you are here expressing your beliefs which oppose our knowledge of WF, as we understand it.

Just one example: we do not set a number of glasses of water to drink during fasting, because it has been proved by many that this would over burden the kidneys, which are always very busy during a Water Fast trying to do its elimination job.

Another example: Detox for us is understood as always being PRESENT in WF. As a matter of fact, the main purpose of a WF WATER ONLY fast is to get rid of toxemia, as much as possible.

You do not believe in the ability of the body to repair itself and its intelligence at doing it alone.WE DO

You do not believe in the body ability to use our "water only according to thirst" in the most efficient manner. WF is mildly dehydrating, yes, and IT IS OK. You do not believe that. WE DO

You do not believe in the existence of Toxemia and its role in causing disease. Hence, WF detoxifies the body. This is seen in the healthy results. You do not believe in this. WE DO.

Others can explain this a lot better than me, I am sure. But in essence, you do not believe what we do.

So, I conclude that this post of yours, that opppose so vividly our core beliefs, had to be editec by the Moderator by mistake. UNLESS YOU DID IT YOURSELF.... uhm, uhhm....

Please, clarify, or find out-if you need to- whatever happened with this post and its pretended edition, cause we do not want to confuse newcomers with opposing views, contrary to the purpose of our forum.
