i think I'm almost always intermittent fasting, for several months now, if by that we mean eating only within the five hour window. thus 19/5. I like it.


The "emanation body" book I've mentioned a few times has a plan that I think is better than your proposition. I continue to marvel at the ways you imagine various methods to fast, that all seem to include some twist on suffering. I mean, the dry fasting. Why even think of it? Amnd why include the Colon Cleanse in it at all?
I thought you wre quite a healthy person, who does a lot ofjuice and wheatgrass.
Is it the idea that DF is "more powerful"?

Well, Fonty was the forum master of dry fasting. But I beleive (might be wrong)he actually did some exteneded regular Water Fasting first.
