Day 29 on water only. Weight 221.6 moved down a bit stuck for last few days .It does that sometimes.
No exercise planned today maybe recumbent bike when watching tv tonite but usually take weekends off from exercise.
No weights on Water Fast just aerobics.
Feel usual pretty good. Energy seems ok. Shortly drink couple glasses of water try always for 8 to 10 daily pay the price if dont' drink them start getting lightheaded and dizzy,faint when walking around not just when getting up fast.
Energy dives when don't drink the water as well. Take green tea capsules usually 3 a day as said they are equivalent to half cup green tea each capsule.They help energy,burn fat and help me get thru the day.
Boredom is the biggerst fast breaker at this point not hunger. Just want to get off it and go eat something as eating is so ingrained in our culture. Social event...etc.etc the whole nine yards.
But now looking at day 30 tommorrow think can go another 11 days . Week goes by pretty quick for me so unless something unforseen happens should be going to 40 as planned. Refeed likely take about a week or so again see how that goes.
Wife is on her day 19 of juice fast. Weight was 199 at start and today is at 185.6. A bit slow on weight loss but she is not doing any exercise and juice does stil have calories so not sure how much she drinks of calories a day. Still she don't have as much to lose as me. 150 to maybe 160 would be fine for her weight as I prefer women normal or at top of the max recommended bodyfat. Dont want skinny wife! Been there done that ,this time around prefer non anorexic normal one.
So thats it. Just try to keep busy every day.Not too much to do today. Likely play some pc or video games they can pass a lot of time, surf net a bit as usual,try to not watch tv too many food ads. Weather crappy so not going out today don't think. An afternoon show could pass the time but not really into watching kids have popcorn in front of me. While my will to resist temptation is pretty strong since no hunger still on fast pyschological hunger is still there hanging around. I was a serious food addict and that psychological hunger is harder to eradicate. I give in a bit on fast to the dark side.I look up recipes on net,copy some out and look thru and even bought recipe books. I tell myself that can make them post fast and so far that works ok. besides things dont' taste right anyway for first few days till taste buds return to normal.
And you have to refeed properly after these long fasts.
