Just want to say, I did this flush today and everything went like the OP said it would :) ..got out a good amount of stones, but the big part was the excreting of very dark, very toxic smelling sandy liquid.

As far as enemas. I'm looking for alternatives. The whole thing with them possibly causing electrolyte imbalances has me scared, because today it seemed that much of the water got stuck in the colon and is swishing around in there now.

I think I'll go to the store and give prune juice a try as far as a bowel stimulator.

Anyways, I'll be doing this daily... and I'll report how things go.
