great info to have, although I like to drink almost a gallon a day to flush my system. I try to do it away from food. I'll drink most of it first thing in the morning and before my detox baths. I hate doing it before bed cause I always wake up numerous times to pee. It like my body holds in all the water until i'm sleeping.
