Sure, I can see your point over the time...Having said that,I believe that we should feel much more protective especially after the example with Chrisb1.I owe him that personally, he has the biggest hearth in the world..I do care for all the new bees who try fasting the same way you all carred when I started .

I just think that it is highly unethical to read posts from people who demontsrate their disagreements with the WF and take over this forum. Literally take over it -comment on every line, all the time, every day...Or others, who can call water fasting every time when sip a water ,let say 2 times a day...Poor moderators , what a job they have !
Chiron , I will remember the promise that the glitch is about to melt with the snow :) looking forward the spring time !
