Hey! I've been such a bad fasting buddy. Anyhow, have restarted my fast today.

Well at least you stuck through the fast the best you could and haven't returned to your old ways of binging. Sorry, can't answer that metabolism question, no idea. I'll be around when you restart your fast. I'll be in the Fasting weight loss forum instead of this one. Later!
