You can do it!!!! I lost 90lbs before on liquid fasting and lost and kept it off for 4 years.


For me (my body's speed) I lost a pound a day it took 3 months roughly.

I'm 5'8 1/2 almost 5'9 and currently 220 lbs, age 37 and it's day 1
