What do you expect this "cleaning" to be? Basically after the 3rd day or so and the system has emptied itself you'll see nothing but bright yellow/orange butt pee for the duration of the fast.

The type of salt you use can make a big difference. The 2 faves round here are Celtic Sea salt which is just sun evaporated sea water and slight grey color or the Himalayan pink which is mined from ancient sea bed deposits in the Himalayas. Both contain mimerals while the while commercially processed white sea salt salt is harsh on the system and devoid of minerals. They also use anti caking chemicals so it doesn't lump up.

The biggest cause for the SWF not to work is dehydration and the body trying to retain all fluids. How many lemonades are you drinking daily and are you drinking additional water?
