Like to relate my personal experience with nose bleed of 4 yr ago:

I had been juicing 4 x week [carrot, celery, beet, cucumber] for 4-5 yr. Then nosebleeds developed. Started taking kelp and within 1 wk could sense that the bleeds were less, so continued on kelp. I do not blame the juicing, but figure that the kelp had the right item that was missing from the diet, whatever that might be. One would have assumed that juicing would have what my body needed. Whenever I “fall off the kelp wagon” and the bleeds just barely start to resume, I get back on and it goes away. I'm on my second 5# bag and it is half gone.
