This is day 4 of my first time doing the Master Cleanse, but I haven't had any "cleaning" going on at all. I've really struggled with the Salt Water Flush.. I either can't get it all down or feel sick until I finally vomit (not immediate, but 20-30 min later) & it is NOT WORKING!! This is probably because I can't keep the salt water down, but any suggestions or alternatives to the salt water flush? It's day 4 and I have had absolutely nothing come out of me except a normal BM on the first day and a little liquid today after I did the SWF, but before I vomitted. Any one have this problem? Suggestions??
