I am confused, and worried about the quality of fish oil.

I found I have higher than normal arsenic levels. I am hypothyroid and i have adrenal fatigue.

I want to mega dose on fish oil, but I want to buy a safe brand, one that is not rancid, not oxidized.

Raw fermented cod live oil from blueice is one choice.
Another choice is vacuum molecular distilled fish oil.

I worry about contaminants and about the preservation of all the benefits of fish oil, not only getting omega 3 or EPDA DHA but i want more nutrients from the oil.

I found a ton of 3rd party certification places like NSF International, Consumer Lab, NPA, USP verification, NHPD, TGA, GMP..

please share with me what you know or direct me to websites with advice on the BEST safest oil to get or suggest brand names.

I live in the US use iherb or swansons.
