You are totally on the right track!

Flush before your MC. You'll be glad you did.

From everything I have read, those big stones can take several flushes of nothing coming out before they make their grand debut. It's a process, but don't get discouraged, just keep going! I recommend taking 2400 mg of malic acid a day, everyday, until that baby comes out. I would also increase the amount of olive oil at each flush to improve your chances of moving it. Maybe a cup at night and another 1/2 cup the following morning on the clark method... or if you are feeling really ambitious, doing the lewis method. I'm neither a doctor, nor an expert, old-timer flusher, just a newbie who's been reading alot.
Forget all about the surgery. You can do this without it!
