my wife and I did the clease on 2/23 thurs (night before last). I feel fine but I did not drink all my oil/grapefruit mixture and did not take the epson salt the next morning(I had to work the next day and was worried)

she however did drink the 1 cup olive oil/GF and one epson salt drink in the morning and has had a VERY tender abdonmen(sp) all day yesterday and 6hrs today.

What can we do to help this problem?
