Anyone with candida problems should definitely minimize ass carbs.

The kefir and yogurt help, but it is better to kill off as much candida as is possible first. My choice is a 24 hour Water Fast ( I realize that not everyone can do this. ), zapping, flushing ( Epsom Salts ), and re-population ( Yogurt and Kefir ).

Please note that iodine, silver, etc. will kill off good bacteria too.

I tend to agree with this. My feeling is that Candida must be weakened, killed, flushed out, and replaced with beneficial flora.

It is always good to remove any toxin from the body. Just be sure that you do not have sources of re-contamination such as Amalgam fillings.
