Well, I woke up this morning and I can breathe again. It must have been a 24 hour thing. Usually in the past before I started flushing and eating healthy it would take from 1-2 weeks to get rid of these sinus problems. This time it took a little over 24 hours which is a definat sign of improvment. Thanks for your help.

PS. How many more flushes do you think it will take to get rid of my allergies permenantly?
