Hi, I'm hoping you've found a doctor by now to refer you onto the lab you want to do the tests. If you call the lab surely they have a list of the doctors that refer to them. Usually they are quite helpful with giving out this kind of information. I'm not sure where you are located, but there are a lot more labs now doing this test.
