Weight 223.6. Felt not the best yesterday. Let water get pretty low and think it was dehyrdation. Upped water intake and felt better. Drink my usual 8 to 10 glasses today.

Doing ok on this fast but its starting to get very boring. Trying to keep busy but the days are dragging a bit. But its weekend and it usually goes by pretty fast and 30 days are almost in the bank.

Still plan to go 40 this cycle.
