That's brilliant.

I will give it a try over the next few weeks and see how i get on.

I am usually fairly relaxed and try deep breathing while i'm in pain. but it is hard when you wake up with the pain and have it all day until i try and get to sleep.

I will definitely give everything you have said a go though
