I have been doing that part as well. Some days are better than others. Sometimes I can hardly feel it and other days it feels very sore and irritated. I'm currently taking some probiotics and I have some all natural suppositories from a holistic doctor that I have seen. I'm still currently on those and although there's been slight progress it's definitely still there and I've been on them for a week. Don't know where else to turn to to be honest.
