If you're saying "We crave Sugar because we can't have it,"
you're making a "forbidden fruit" argument. That is a psychological thing, and may explain why Woody hooked up w/ Soon-Yi, and other phenomena in the world but I can assure you my cravings have nothing to do w/ what's on a no-no, naughty list (mainly b/c I live alone, eat what I want and nobody TOLD me to do the candida diet; nobody prods, nags or looks over my shoulder). I'd be honest if that were the case.
If you're saying "We crave Sugar b/c we were meant to eat it," again in my experience this is turning out not to be true since the less I eat of it (and carbs) the less I crave them. If you frequently crave Sugar you might have a touch of the old hypo-G due to AF.
To be honest I've sort of replaced carbs w/ good fats and oils, eating tons of them, esp. something called raw coconut butter by Artisana. Been eating it by the spoonsful, right out of the jar...
So in my exp., seems like it wasn't really me craving the sugar for any valid, healthy reason. BTw, if you don't think candida can interfere, and intercept messages your body sends to itself and manipulate catalysts, messengers and other things in the body, you haven't been reading much.
